Knowledge Desk

TA believes in the power of knowledge sharing and information dissemination. It is based on this resolve that we have constituted an in-house knowledge desk that produces evidence-based insights and content on key public policy affairs of India. The desk plays a major role in tracking the important developments in the sector, collaborating with thinkers and domain experts, bringing credible information and ensuring its easy access amongst the users.

The desk is equipped with features that provide a seamless browsing experience to the user. Some of the distinguishing features of the Knowledge Desk are:

Snippets: It is one of the most visited sections on the website where we break down complex topics into engaging and beautifully designed infographics. These infographics remain easy to share and read and provide an in-depth review of issues through user-friendly designs and elements.

Resources (aka library): The Knowledge Desk is curating a database that is all set to host tons of credible resources like books, reports, briefs, datasets from our practise areas - to facilitate research and dialogue amongst the students, young professionals and domain experts. These resources will be freely accessible to all.

Madhya Pradesh In Focus: Madhya Pradesh remains our Karmabhoomi and this section serves as a focal point for highlighting key development issues from the state. Here, we zoom in on issues that have the potential to influence the policy and development landscape of the state with our original insights and comments.

Knowledge Desk is also engaged in publishing original commentaries, analyses, opinions, reports and articles.

TA Community on Public Policy

We are on a mission to make the public policy and development sector more inclusive and democratic. How? We have created a community of students and young professionals (from tier-II & III cities) working or interested in working in this space. The objective of the community is to provide them with career and skill-building opportunities, exposure workshops, networking events, free knowledge resources and mentorship opportunities. This will prepare them for exciting working opportunities that exist in the social impact sector. The vision is also to gradually build a mature public policy and social impact ecosystem in regions such as central India.

The Knowledge Desk is expanding the community by organizing outreach sessions in tier-II and tier-III towns and cities of India, starting from Madhya Pradesh.

You can join our community from here.
