What We Do

At The Analysis, we work across two interconnected verticals — research and strategic communications. Both are rooted in the same commitment: that our work on climate must be grounded in evidence, ethical in practice, and centred on the people it serves.

Research and communications are not separate services at The Analysis. They are two halves of the same conviction. Evidence without story stays locked in reports. Story without evidence stays locked in emotion. Together, they create the conditions for climate action that is informed, just, and human.

We design research that goes where the evidence actually lives — into communities, contexts, and ground realities that conventional research rarely reaches. Our studies are built with care, shaped by local knowledge, and delivered with methodological rigour that global clients trust.

Our team is formally trained in trauma-informed and survivor-centred research practices — ensuring that the people we engage with, especially the most vulnerable, are protected, respected, and never re-traumatised in the process of being heard.

We believe evidence that doesn't travel doesn't change anything. Our communications practice takes research findings and turns them into forms that reach the right people, in the right language, at the right moment. At the heart of this work is participatory storytelling — where communities don't just appear in stories, they shape and own them.
